Struggling with mental health doesn’t mean you have to disengage from work, family, or the life you’ve built. Life Landscaping provides structured and compassionate mental health treatment through PHP and IOP at three locations in Southern California as well as virtual treatment and hybrid options throughout the state of California. Our programs are designed to offer comprehensive clinical care while helping you stay connected to your community.
Mental health is a journey, not a destination; it is a lifelong relationship with yourself. At Life Landscaping, we believe that effective mental health treatment starts with truly understanding the individual: their history, identity, strengths, and the challenges they face.
Our founders established this organization based on their own experiences with mental health challenges, which means our approach is rooted in empathy rather than just clinical theory. Our whole-person, somatic approach includes sound bath, movement groups, somatic work, physical fitness, yoga, etc. in addition to our evidence-based treatment. Every treatment plan we create is tailored to the individual, evidence-based, and delivered with deep respect for who you are.
Our mental health programs are equipped to address a wide range of diagnoses and experiences, including:
