Eating disorders are deeply challenging and multifaceted mental health conditions, and they truly warrant compassionate and dedicated care. At Life Landscaping, we recognize the weight of these struggles and offer specialized treatment programs across three facilities in Southern California. Our approach blends clinical expertise with heartfelt human connection, guiding clients toward a healthier, more balanced relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. We’re here to support you every step of the way on this journey to healing.
Eating disorders are seldom simply about food; they often stem from deeper issues such as trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, and struggles with identity. At Life Landscaping, we understand that true healing involves addressing the whole person, not just the visible symptoms.
We create a compassionate, weight-inclusive, and trauma-informed environment where you can feel safe to explore the complex roots of your relationship with food and body image. Our treatment plans are personalized, based on evidence-based practices that have been shown to support recovery from eating disorders. You are not alone in this journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
Our programs are designed to support individuals experiencing:
We understand that navigating the challenges of an eating disorder can be overwhelming. That’s why we provide a structured outpatient treatment option designed specifically for your needs. Each day, you can engage in a range of supportive services, including individual therapy, group therapy, nutritional counseling, meal support, and psychiatric care. After an intensive day of healing, you can return to the comfort of your home each evening. PHP is particularly beneficial for those who are medically stable yet seek consistent, compassionate support to facilitate their recovery journey. You’re not alone in this; together we can work toward a healthier, brighter future.
In an IOP, we deeply understand the importance of providing compassionate clinical support while allowing you to maintain the comfort of your home and fulfill your other responsibilities. Our programming is designed to be flexible, enabling clients to engage in therapy, nutritional education, and peer support groups several days a week. Whether you are starting your recovery journey here or transitioning from PHP, we are here to support you every step of the way.
Most of our clients find solace in living at home during their treatment, which helps them practice their recovery skills in everyday situations from the very beginning. For those who may find extra structure beneficial between sessions, we partner with trusted supportive housing providers throughout Southern California, ensuring that you have the resources you need for a successful journey. We are committed to walking alongside you as you navigate your recovery.
Our eating disorder programs incorporate a full continuum of clinical support:
Body image struggles and eating disorders often have a profound connection to our identities, including gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background, and personal experiences. At Life Landscaping, we are committed to fostering an affirming and inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of their identity.
We take pride in serving a vibrant LGBTQ+ community across all three of our facilities, and we understand how important it is to receive care from a team that truly sees, respects, and values you.
